Flowering Problem!?

HELLO, I've been flowering my 2 plants in my closet for 2 weeks and 2 days. Ive had the plants on vegatative growth for around a month before. My plants are not showing any indication of budding, but I see one white hair from the bigger plant. However, even with a magnifying glass I cant see any notable signs. What is wrong with my plants? Im using 2 23W CFL's and i know thats really really shettyyyy, but its done the job so far for vegatative growth. So im wondering if the lights are an issue? Ive obviously had them for 12/12 hours everyday since I've started flowering. Also ive noticed that the nodes are coming out symmetrical and that they should be unsymmetrical when it is flowering so :S.
Anyone think they can help me out ples?:)

Awhh.. well for the future that does seem like a great idea. However im only limited to these resources at the moment as this is only a one time thing until years to come :(. So the lights are the main issue? I was guessing that it would be :(. Do you think if i add maybe 1-2 more 23W lights I can still grow any bud? Im not looking for the best yield possible, which i know 400 watts + would be great for that. Im only looking to grow any bud at all to be honest, i wouldn't mind gettin even relatively small yield as to what I can achieve with HPS lights.
Thanks in advance!:)

Nope :(, im growing this in my parents house and its more of a one time thing until i have my own house i guess :p. Is there any subsitutions? Could I bring the plants outside during the first 12 hours then bring them inside for total darkness after? Would that produce better yield?!? thanks !

Well one light is around 2-3 inches from the bigg plant, the smaller plant that grew kinda retard i keep like 4-5 inches because it burns its leaf even more. Should I have another light that goes inbetween these plants so that the leafy growth of the plant beyond the top nodes are gettin more light? Ill try to upload some pictures soon

The more cfls you can throw in there the better in my opinion. Heats never much of an issue with those, and you need more lumens, and penetration. Try side lighting maybe. Up to you really.

the outdoor idea would work really good actually, just make sure to keep the 12/12 regime and make for damn sure your dark is DARK with no trace of light.

I got the same issue, but i have 1 23w CLV and 2 80w flood lights (red) (link here) bongsmilie
Best results with lights that have a spectrum of 2700K for flowering get a few more of those 26Wcfl's or even better outside for sunlight 12 hours than inside in the pitch dark for 12 hours and u should be just fine Peace out little bro hope I was able to help u in some way.

I probably need more lights. I cant put mine outside, it will get stolen!
I have never seen a setup with flood lights before, would they produce many lumens?
fingers crossed!

lights are likely, but if you did any transplanting or feeding recently it could also be shock. iam stuck having to watch mine very closely due to shock very early in flowering, thus causing it to not show sex for almost 2 weeks as well (throwing my whole schedule out of whack). once the hairs came, they kept comin.

i should probably say for my setup, i just did some cloning (it was ripped by accident and not cut) and there a bugs living in mine. would that have a big impact on growth? and budding?

you need to get soil thats decent and doesnt contain bugs, NOW. you didnt cut the clone like your supposed to? why? it doesnt matter the clone wasnt intentional, you should of still cut it.

I ripped of the main stem by accident, then cut that into 3 clones and im cloning them. I bought some new stuff. coco and clay balls. but how do i change everything if roots have already formed? i mean, i cant cut the stem and re-plant it can i?

You could re-do the cutting of the clones and put into clean bug free soil. thats what i meant. but if they got visible good roots going like you said. its probally a betteridea to find something to kill the bugs and just leave them where they are(the plants).
