Flowering problem

first of all i cant speak english very well but i hope you understand me..

day 13 into flowering...

top of the plant not bigger than my pinky finger.. there are 8 9 pistils on the plant...
is it normal or she is growing very slowly? i use 7 26w cfl 2700k.. i am student in another country and i cant find some nutes in here.. i have this fertilizer 10n 10p 10k ... i think my harvest gonna be 5 6 grams

Looks ok to me . But whats with the twisting leaf tips ?

your only 13 days into flowering. Give it time to grow. It's gonna take at least 5 more weeks if not 9 more weeks depending on strain.

I believe , its because of heat..

thank you for your answer.. This my first grow.. I checked 13 day into flowering photos , and all bud look bigger than my plant.. i should wait and see..

there are no buds at all.. only top bud.. what should i do friends? there is 10000 lumen in the box for one plant..

Dude your plant will grow buds for like 2 months give it time . If you bend the plant down from the top by tying a string to it you can encourage more bud growth from locations down the stalk cause they will get more light , if the light is above the plant , this way the top doesn't block all the light from reaching the next bud site and on down . But I think you are ok . What type of light do you have and how far away is it from the plant ?

thank you for your answer bro.. I use 200w 2700K cfl.. I know this light not enough for big buds.. I gonna add 200w more.. I know i should wait 2 months more, but its now 14. day and i cant see some buds.. I saw some pics at 14. day of flowering , and they already has some buds and, i think my light not enough at the moment.. if i continue with 200w cfl i ll have 4,5 gram harvest.. This is no sense.. I cant buy HPS light because i live in another country and i dont know how to wire it, and there is no way to find cooltube in here.. By the way this is bagseed plant.. Sorry for my english , i hope you understand me.. Thanks for your help..

Bud size seems normal. It's slow going the first month of flowering then theystart to pack on weight. I wouldn't worry.

I'd like to wish you some good growing hope that helped you out. I have some problems with mine right now and I know how it is . I got a little bit into them and well I'm sure we all just want some nice big fat juicy buds - good luck.
