Flowering process delayed from street lights?

I left town for family issues left my plant under the care of my pops, I thing turn on the faucet for 5 min a day, I came back in August and hadn't started flowering yet. So I made a cover for it and religiously covered and uncovered @7 am & pm, finally last week of August flowering process starts. Now mind you all I did to this was water with city tap water. Measured ,now going on week 6 of my flower process, this morning out of curiosity, just under 11' from top bud to bottom stalk, mind you this is one plant

Holy shit, thats a beast!!! Looking forward to updates on that monster. Hopefully you are somewhere that you will have enough season to finish her up before frost and mold.

Where do you live? Flowering was about 10 days later this year for me than any other year.

Mine didn't start flowering until late August, usually I see white pistils form end of July. This has just been a really odd year.
