you need a HID light, weather it be HPS or MH. ive flowered with both, and have never really seen much of a difference.

get yourself at least a 400wt whatever and put it on.

i have some auto ak47sx lowryder2s and one is doing similar thing yours is where the budds aren't dankifying. I use cfls top and side and the other ones are dank and budding nice but one of them is doing the same thing. So am in a similar bind but if i have 3 that r budding right and 1 that is budding shitty it cant be all the lights. I also put it closer to the lights than the others

well you might have a light leak... but something nobody has mentioned is that poor genetics give you poor quality. are these from bagseed? if so you might have some bad genetics in your grow room, sativa dom from the looks of it. You did say yourself you have no cash, i wouldnt expect those strains to be Silver Haze or anything like that lol..

i would chop those after a few days of flushing, unplug everything, save up 400 bucks, and then come back to the growing world. nobody said it was a cheap hobby, just remember you get out what you put in.

I completely disagree with the idea that the cfl's are doing that and doubt that a HID would help at all other than give you more yield.
I also agree that you should look very carefully for light leaks. With weak lighting you would have light, airy, wispy buds. This looks much more like new vegetative growth, and that could surely be the result of light leaks or improper light period.
