Flowering: trim bottom 4 branches?

One of my ak48 autoflowers showed female hairs today. I moved her into the flowering tent. Is it advised to trim lower branches? If so, when?

anything not getting light at the bottom of your plants can & should be trimmed with some strains so as to avoid popcorn city & channel that energy up the main stalk to your top cola. not all strains require this but the super branchy varieties do for optimum outcome.
 
To answer your question it should be done atleast 2 wks b4 flowering then just keep it it clean . Excessive trimming while flowering can stunt them .
