Flowering week 4- need assistance

So finally I have gone into flowering stage of my Acapulco Gold, and here you can see how she's doing. http://imgur.com/a/akPZ4/layout/horizontal#0
Unfortunatly I didnt recieve my 250w HPS, so I'm using cfl's (atm have 6 of those 24w each + Osram fluora 18w x2) Any advice for first time grower? I think they are very small for a 4th week, is this because of cfl's? Yesterday I adjusted few of cfl's closer to buds (about 4-5 cm from bud), hope it won't burn 'em.

Ya some what, if you had kore power they would be able to grow alot more

Bit small but healthy nice colour.

About average for the kind of lights you are using, obviousely they will grow bigger once you get your 250W HPS.
