Flowering with UnderCurrentDWC

I'm adding a few Mh lights and rearranged the lighting pattern from down the center of the room, to 2 rows of lights giving the tall shoots more room to grow and cooler temps.
I am concerned about the curling! since veg that strain has had problems with rams horn and clawing leaves while the other 2 strains look great. I've heard over watering can cause curling, the plants closest to the epicenter have 1" more water than the ones at the return end of the system but again when they where all in the same tote veging with the same water level, those 4 had curling leaves as well so I'm not sure if the water level has anything to do with it however I will drop the level to see if it helps anything.

So it could be the water scenario? You should def investigate.

If I had to wager, though, I'd say that clawing is just the way those particular girls are reacting to a little heat. Nothing serious, finished bud will still be great, just not as pretty looking.

man you gotta nice setup! halarious vid. i have some of thoughs plastic yo-yo's, but to scared to use them. dont trust them. it was kinda hard to adjust them. (but then again i might just be an idiot.)
nope you arent, those things dropped my hood.. maybe in hindsight i should have seen they were weak.. great for holding ducting but not heavy stuff get the nylon rope ratchets

I have a hot tent too, looks like heat to me as well.

Any signs of algae growth in that new cotton looking shit you're using? I want to switch to it, but if it's still like rockwool in that way, there's no way I'm switchin'.

I don't think it's heat, the new bud leaves three feet down are doing it as well while the major fan leaves aren't curling @ 5 inches away, the temps near there stay around 74*F with lots of air flow. I think it's just the strain, on the other side of the room my canopy is much closer to the light and there's no curling.

The Suretogrow your talking about will get some algae growth, for those using hail they can just pick out the few that get algae and replace it with new.

I think you could be right about the strain being a problem when compared to the others. I can tell you that the strain I'm growing right now is a little princess... If it gets above 80 the plant starts to mutate. If it was a watering issue however... wouldn't you use airstones to fix it, or at least test it?
