Flowering?

Is this plant flowering? I’m seeing small white pistols, but not up on top of the plant. Just kind of where I’ve shown in the pictures.

so, what say ye? Flowering? Or am I still okay?

the only reason I felt it might be flowering is because I put it out right at the start of the month and it got kinda stretchy. So I did a bit of LST on it and now I’m hoping that it is gonna stay in veg and be okay.
