I have a plant right now that only has pre flowers and it has been in 12/12 for almost 2 weeks now no signs of the sex of the plant can anyone help me?

preflowers are the way you tell the sex of your plant...

I mean the Stipules not pre flowers. My plant has been in 12/12 for almost 2 weeks and is only showing the Stipulses

Pitch black. I know it doesn't have a light leak

this is like my plant and others at the moment on the sight everyone is just having to wait
