nice looking plant! if it were me id start flowering but idk what kinda security issues you are dealing with. also im not sure how easy it will be to force flowering outside in the shade because any light that gets to the plant during its 12 hours of dark can reverse the flowering process. so i think it needs to be as DARK as you can get it. i have heard of people using layers of black trash bags over their plants to force them to flower outside. never tried it though. hope this helps. best of luck
