I thinking about save some cuts from her .in the other hand the rest of my grow is full of pm , spray every week w/green cure and I never spray her because she don't get infected '' yield is no bad, smell is just perfect resin even in the stems and fan leaves .definitely keeper

no, just the fact that is a very rare trait is cool. I dont see to many pics of that my friend. Hightimes, skunk, cannabis culture, 420 mag.... and ive been subscribed for years, no pics ever come thru like that. Like ive said out of 17 yrs growing probably over 10,000 plants ive only had one do that. Oh yea, it was front cover of mel frank or ed rosenthal grow guide from the 90's. or early 2000

or maybe there was a pic in there, might not be front cover??

I grew out some Pandora's Box that had 2 different plants produce flowers on the upper fan leaves, much like in your photos.

i would love to see some different pics of that!!! maybe its a certain few strains or breeders trait, I actually crossed the plant I grew, and none of the 500 or so off-spring did it. I cant belive ive been on icmag for almost 10 yrs and never seen one pic??

a recessive mutation- interesting............ Too bad the breeding program didn't work so well. I bet that if you dedicated 3 years to mass breeding, eventually you would pop with a xx and xy with this mutation, and focus on them. It may take a decade, but It could completely replace the hash plant in terms of extraction. And to futhur that point solvent extractions would see an increase in recovered oils. Not to mention that everyone and their mom will want to at least grow it once, were talking big $$$$$$ in the breeders pocket. Even if the fad last 1 year, that's millions.

yea, that was a long time ago...when I used to just run the seeds I had, flower them and harvest, long before I knew how to re-veg a plant, and select my special mothers. If I were to run into in now adays I could probably get ahold of it with 5 generations. I can lock down just about any trait i want with 5 gen. although some strains are a little harder than others.

I thought 500 was mass breeding?? guess not seeing how a 2ft plant can make 2500 seeds in 70 days huh?

don't get me wrong 500 is a lot of sprouts!!! But yeah, I would figure to germ every single mature healthy bean that came off, that way each attempt/run at germin is more likely to show this recessive trait. (you will find it sooner with greater numbers per run)
I have been giving great consideration to large scale breeding myself. I want to focus my efforts in creating hydrids for the TRUE medical patient. mostly on strains with super high CBD,CBC and CBN. This is a huge industry and the money is there for the taking. Plus I could actually make a difference in the way the masses view cannabis. Getting high is good and all, but we will never conquer the "war on drugs" if we only breed "drug strains". Focus on the medical, and you can argue/validate the necessity for legalization and regulation.

I have quite a few of my own hybrids, some turned shit, but their are a few that have unique features. One of the best ive come across is white russian. And it also seems everytime I order from over seas they do ok, but after I cross them they grow way better, yield better... everything is better than how I get it. ive been ordering alot of regular seeds the past few years so I can make true breeds of my own.

I have yet to find flowering leaves again. Trust me, ive been looking but never get that lucky.

I have never seen that, I have seen 10s of thousands of plants over the years. I think the genetics are so strong in the plant. that it is trying to make every thing flower. I bet its a very strong buzz.
