Fluorescent ballast fell on my plants

My light just fell on my plant wondering how I can get it back juicing again, it was a pretty decent bush but when the light fell on it everything has been bent down and now I have it tied up and it looks like shit any suggestions on what I should or can do?

She'll be fine. Hell, I've seen worse looking plants that nothing fell on.

Theres some flaws in your grow but the plant doesn't really look that bad given the situation. Just let her grow and finish her out as best you can. Next time though, consider different containers and more light.

She got her wig split but she'll be ok. I once had a big osculating fan fell on my girl. It smash her ass and broke a few arms. Grew a few balls but still produce some nice nugs.

hey i bend all my ladies in half many times, not all at once with a light crashing on it but looks alright! how are you hanging your lights to have it fall? just curious.
