fluorescent have slow grow my ass.

I took some clones and let them do there thing, and thought thty would grow slow under fluorescent. The reason is that I was only going to have the mums in flower supposedly for 7 weeks(now day 21). The clones are now over a foot tall and wanting more and more. A bunch of selfish bitches... jk. No I am not complaining, I'm happy with my first attempt at cloning. I'm just saying fluorescent are not slow growers.

4 bulb t5 with 2 warm and 2 cool.

ya im using 4ft 4bulb t-8 and they work awesome i have 4-6500k

I use just flourides for vegging and cloning. I use the sun for the rest. The flourides work fine.

By the way. What is does CFL mean. Pardon my ignorance but I was just wondering.

Compact Fluorescent Light-CFL

i love the t5HO's for vegging...i noticed the root mass grows better. If you got enuf wattage there far from slow, i did however experience slow plant growth with low wattage, but the root mass was still good and the plants were healthy. I use "sunblaster" 24" tubes. 24watts/2300lumens a tube.

I have five of them, but don't know what I'm goin to do. I think I'll pick the best one for my mum and flower the others under my 400w rather than my 1k. Honestly these two originals that are flowering now may be enough for a long time.
