im about to go to the store and im not sure what type of lights i should get i was wondering if i could use a fluorescent lgiht for veg/flowering so what im asking is can i use the same light from start to finish and what watt should i get i only wanna grow 2-3 plants

yeah i know but right now i cant afford it have a big room but i cant get the funds to get it off the ground so for now i gonna go wit a closet and make it work i found a couple real cheap 75 watt fls lights i was thinking about getting 4 of them would this work

dude, we went to lowes, and found a three pack of 100 watt equivalent cfl's daylight for like 15 bucks home depot had the same for like seven each.

it'll work from veg to bud...

it's not as awesome as a hps light, but fuck it... 2-3 plants, just cop a bunch of them little 100 watt cfls.
or if you can afford it a flourex light.
they have up to 100 actual watts

is the T5 I am reading about a fluorescent ? How does the heat compare to a CFL ? I have ZERO ventialtion to work with.

the t5 is flouro tubes.

I saw a setup on ebay that looked real good. but i never know if i should believe what they say. I guess you'd have to try it and let every one know

your gonna need ventilation so your plant can grow healthy and so the carbon dioxide the plant releases doesnt build up and make the plant sick at least put a little 5" fan to move the air around (point it towards the plants)YOu can get one at wal-mart for 5 bucks

cfl's dont put out that much heat, but zero ventilation wont be good at all get a small computer fan or one of those battery operated summer personal fans it will keep the air moving.
