Im sure you've had bombardments of these types of questions but ive recently just got the nerve to go and grow some of my own 
more out of hatered for the countless assholes ive had to deal with

i am a complete noobie to this no doubt and ive been looking around the internet for some ideas for growing in a quiet populated are
, preferably one that could contain a bit of the smell as thats what gets most people caught in my opinion or certainly around my area... Anyways ive come accross this idea on some other forum [this is not my idea btw i wana state that clearly, i just find it so inspired and cleaver, CLEARLY a stoned epiphany moment lol]

Anyways, this is the one im wanting to construct My only problem is atm is lighting i am unsure as to what type of fluorscent lighting will give me which result i know that blue spectrum light is for vegitive growth and that red/orange is for flowering also i know that high presure sodium gives orange/red.. but its hot and id rather go with this idea as its just right for my needs i only want to be growing one plant at a time so if i was ever caught thy could never say i was doing it out of anything other than my own need.
My Questions are these:
. Can you use fluorescent lighting for flowering?
. What type of Bulbs am i looking for, Any general rules are nice ie: Wattage, Lumenum, colours ect
. also if in the process of answering this anyone in the UK could point me in the direction of where i could get these particular fittings and bulbs would be so greatful.
