flushed to early help

my amnesia plant is in flowering in week5 five tips burnt so i flushed it but then a few days later it turned yellow so stupidly i flushed it again an it got worse with yellowing form the tip in wards with brown bits on could it be i over flushed it i use biobloom cannazym 6000watt hps 40-50 rh
this morning i started to use half strength biobloom but a i added canna ab for extra N what you thinkm guys

Should be ok I flush twice during flower
