Flushing..??..how much water how frequent..??????..outdoor pots.??

I know its for a week but how much water do you have to run through them and when they say a week...what like once a day for a week or....??? help!

i started flushing 1 plant the other day my hole is probable about 2.5ft diameter 2ft deep i give it like 5 minutes of water from the hose each day so far.!

im just gonna do that for like 6-7 days then chop it a couple days later..!

I just flush it once, 3 gallons of water per 1 gallon of soil, then just give it water for the next ten days or so

i started having mold slightly and started getting to one of the buds so i chopped it of...........i been watering every other day pure rainwater as thats what i use anyway...this is it its outa bag seed quite potent.. the littlest one is the one which i think i need to cut now as...wake up every morning and there is little bit more mold...im in green house..and at night there are in a make shift darkbox quite small but enough for four plants that i have...been flushing for four days now but is the british weather bringing me mold...
