Dump lots of PH'ed water into the pot, literally, 1 gallon pot = 1 gallon water, you get the idea, just let it all drain through.

depending on the size of the pot, u put in 3 times that of water......so 1 gallon pot = 3 gallons of water......

I put the pot into a laundry sink , turn on a trickle of water and let it flow through untilt he pot is well flushed,at least 3 times the volume of water to volume of pot. I find this the easiest way to do it..

this is correct however if your using mg with continous release nutes. you are gonna risk severe nute burn if you flush. id wait till 2 weeks from harvest then id flush with 4x the amount of water to soil. look for the water to run clear out the bottom if its yellowish there are still nutes in the soil.

ya, its in like a brownish package.....its good but watch out for fungus gnats....ive been using that soil for my past 3 harvest....but this last batch was fucking insane....i tried everything, until eventually one day i didnt notice any more....letting the soil dry out really helps.

thanks for all the replies I maybe wont do this. the plants are about a month old and are turing yellow with brown spots. I can post pics but I want to try and clear this up. should I replant them in different soil ? I dont know what to do I dont want to loose them. it seems to be starting on the lower leaves and working it way to the top. I am new so I dont know what i am doing.lol.
