Flushing my rockwool...one week or two?

What's the word on the hydro flush. In soil I like to do two weeks. Should I just stick to that.

Even with RO water, after the first watering of day one in flushing I'm sure there will be left over nutes in the slabs. PPM's will probably hit 150 - 200. Should I flush for a bit like this then change the res again and flush it till my ppm's are even lower. Or is one res change and 150 - 200 ppm fine?

It's my first hydro harvest so I'm a little giddy :-P

I flush for a week with Ph adjusted water. I do notice the PPMs going up during the flushing so I change the flush water twice during the week. I try to keep the PPM as low as possible during the flush. If it keeps jumping up, then I would go for two weeks.
When your flush PPM bottoms out and stays low, then IMHO, I call it flushed.
I flush with RO water at about 5-20 PPM so the lower the flush PPM, the better.

Thanks for the reply. My RO water is 10. I'll flush for a day or two at what will probably be about 100-175ppm. Then swap it out and flush that with RO water again. That should get me to under 50. Under 100 is pretty fucking clean water. Thanks dude.
