do i do it 2 weeks before the plants have finished or do i wait till they have finished flowering

you do it 2 weeks before the plants have finished.

that is if your growing soil. If your hydro you do it 3-4 days before harvest if your using a flushing agent, 1wk if your using plain ph'd water.
