This journal I will be doing from the very start to finish unlike my last..

I ordered the seeds from drchronic.com..

I have the Flying Dutchmen "Mixed sativa divas" 12 pack which consists of:

  • 4 seeds Swazi Safari(F1 "special cross" haze hybrid mostly sativa),
  • 4 seeds Thai-Tanic (F1 hybrid of chocolate thai/skunk mostly sativa),
  • 4 seeds Fuma Con Dios (F1 haze/skunk hybrid mostly sativa),
  • 10 seeds Nirvana White Widow (Doesnt need much explaining, indica/sativa),
I ordered all of these from drchronic.com, paid yesterday and they shipped today.. Should have it by Monday (I hope)..

I will be updating this when it is time for germination everyone is welcome to post.. This should be a fun grow trying these different strains

I will germinate 11 out of 22 for this grow, and the second 11 will be saved for a later date

Ok.. so far 6 seeds are germd and in soil.. 4 of the white widows and 2 of the flying dutchmen seeds.. The flying dutchmen seeds were extremley small, is this because sativa seeds are smaller?

Ok, well I currently am left with 3 white widows and 3 sativas from flying dutchmen (i'm not sure which).. im being very experimental with these, since i also have 10 master kush that are about to go into germination, currently i am heavily LSTing one of widows, and topping another one, i also put one of the sativas into flowering only 2 days into veg, to see what happens and clear up what people say about early vegging from seed.. i also have one sativa and one white widow which im lightly lsting(plus giving a foliar feed and strictly organic nutes which currently consists of foxfarm big bloom and oceans forest soil). the rest of the plants are getting non organic nutes

I am doing different things to all of them and giving them different nutrients (organic vs. chemical)

This grow is mostly an experiment so I know what methods i prefer for future grows

I will also be flowering out the males and crossing them for future seeds and different types of bud as well as taking clones of the females

Once I post pics, I'll explain what im giving to each

DAY 14 VEG

right now its about 14 inches away.. however its in a completley enclosed highly reflective ventilated area.. stretching does not seem to be a problem.. they are under 8 high 23w(100w) daylight CFLs.. i found after my last grows that vegging them under a metal halide doesnt make much of a difference(atleast none that i noticed).. ill be putting them under HPS for bloom

ok first pics are of 2 plants which ive just put in flowering yesterday, since ive taken these pics I've also put one other in flowering, which I will post pics of on my next entry

The larger (full flowering plant in some of the pics are posted in another journal which you can find in my sig)

on the other 2 pics, the one in the back in the smaller orange pot is a flying dutchmen sativa diva (either haze or thai hybrid), i have started giving it full strength nutes (open sesame, big bloom, tiger bloom, superthrive), for the past 2 waterings, it seems to be taking it well

the other plant in the larger green pot in the front is a nirvana white widow, which has been growing pretty great, eventhough i slightly overwatered it yesterday and got some nutes on the lower leaves.. i have also been giving it foxfarm full strength nutes

the plant hanging from the lights on the left is a white widow which i experimentally flowered from seed, im pretty sure its a male, ill wait a couple more days before i toss it, i wont be trying flowering from seed again

heres some pics of the plants still in veg (1 of which is now in flowering).. im starting to give these the full recommended flowering nutes as ill be putting them in 3 or 4 days, 2 of these are white widow (which ive topped and they grew very bushy).. i was originally giving the white widows strictly organic, but realized they were growing slower so now theyre on full nutes, some of them were getting lst, but they didnt seem to like it, so i untied them

theres also 2 master kush clones in there and some new seedlings i started today (master kush and bagseed)

Waaay too much water :joint::mrgreen:, only give them water when the top of the soil is dry. I water mine every other day and it keeps them way nice and perky.

You got some nice shit going though bro, I will definatley keep up with this one.

:peace:

yep i usually let it dry as well, since it was so dry cause i let it go a little long, then i overwatered it.. things are looking fine now though

thanks for your comments !
