Flying with weed

Does anyone else here who lives in cali know? I heard that oakland international and sfo will let medical marijuana patients on the plane with there weed. If you are flying to say hawaii were it is legal also for medical use can you bring it with you with out worry? Any one know or heard, would be help full. My gf sister lives in kauai and there are no clubs there yet but it is legal for medical use...

I live in Norcal as well, but dont fly. Might just call airport?

Most big airports are considered federal grounds, which would mean your state laws don't apply (I know its unconstitutional b.s. just being devil's advocate). If you can fly municipal. I agree with bassman - call the airports/airline. The airport in Casper, WY is an int'l airport and they don't have customs...fr' anyone who needs to know that kinda' thing.

Crossing state lines? Doubt it's legal, that's definitely fed territory.

i understand what you guys are saying but on the news they did say that oakland international and s.f.o would let medical patients board with there medicine. the thing is would they call the cops where our going to land..Im going to hawaii this is why i ask and i need my medicine or i cant go and its just federal b.s. and lies they want to believe about marijuana, they cant open there minds to something so simple as marijuana thats why this country is in such poor shape..Now that i got myself worked up about this shit government again i have to go light a fat one of my special stuff. i got a cross of blueberry and grand daddy purple.

i wouldnt chance it buddy, if its medical there just get some when u get there, is an oz of sensi worth 2-3 in the slammer for trafficking across state lines which is a federal offense....i agree with u buddy but also dont wanna see ya thrown in the clink....dont do it....goodluck friend

Yea people will give you a hard time just cause... I wouldn't try it without permission. Even then I would think it's a set up.

ya true i understand im probably not going to risk it but to ak i cant get it there im going to kauai which doesn't have a club yet....To anyone thinking of started a club its a open market there still...
