Okay this is so fucking embarrassing and disheartening. I cut the true branches off and I just want to die lol. Should I start over, clone it, or will it be okay? Here are my pics. SMH

That's good news, photoperiod plants are pretty forgiving. If you haven't switched to flowering lighting but were preparing to do so you could give it a few days to recover. Looks like you may have some height constraints so I'd certainly consider topping like M.O.D. suggested.
