Folded Leaves

My leaves are folding upwards from their "spine" i guess you could call it, I was wondering if anyone knew what causes this.. I thought my light was 2 close so i raised it like 8 inches. its aprx 20 inches from the top of the plant now (400 watt MH, in a 4x3 closet space) does the light need to be higher? because its been raised for 24hrs now and i see no diffrence or is it something else THANKS

Temp is around 80 and the Humidity is about 50%

::bump:: its been 2 days now and the top of the plant is still folded... how far away do you guys keep a 400watt MH away from the plants? its currently about 20 inches away

those are just the new leaves "unfurling" - I thought the same thing at first, but even my outside plants do it. I keep my two 400w hortilux blues between 10-18" from the canopy depending on ambient temperature. That's in a 4x4x8 with 500cfm exhaust.
