Foliar Feed?

So recenty i just started foliar feeding my plants, i was just wondering what's everyone's opinion/experience with this? btw they're aprox. 2 1/2 months old.

wow im suprised no one replied. I recently found out that it's better to also spray the underside of the leaves.

ive tried foliar feeding a couple times and had pretty decent results with it. the first time i tried it i fucked up and did it with full strength nutes and my lady ended up with nute burn. just make sure to follow the directions on the label if they provide some for foliar feeding and if not start out with like a 1/4 concentration.

I use thrive alive b-1 red, 1tsp per gallon, 5.6ph. You can spray your plants with that as much as you want until about a week into 12/12 or the first onset of flowers. I use it for foliar feeding and in my reservoir with my other nutes.
