Foliar Feeding then Neem

quick question...

i foliar fed with algen extract and mad farmer nuts, after the leaves have absorbed the moisture, can i spray them with bio neem?

Why neem? Do you have mites? Neem is fucking nasty. If you have mites, just throw a couple No Pest Strips in there. Just take them out a few weeks into flowering.
