for ppl who use feminized seeds

hey guys i just got some fem seeds in im currently growin my blue cheese feminized and my question is for all you ppl who have experience growing with fem seeds how often did your plant become a herm and how often did it come out to be a pure female, im askin this cuz i heard some fem seeds will turn hermaphrodite thanks guys

bro do some reading you can ask ten different people and you will get ten different expierances i have read that its really about a 75 percent chance on true female and i have read 75 percent hermie so i have no exp myself this is just what i have read here

I think hes asking for help from people WITH experience.. Theres no reason he cant start a thread based on a very logical topic. I just got some fem WWskunk and this will be my first fem grow...so personaly i will be tuned in and suscribed to see what answers the thread produces!

yeah i have some blue cheese fem growin now im gonna start postin picks of it its only 9 days old though but it looks glorious, i also have bagseed with 18 days left till harvest ill also put pics up of that cuz i want you guys to help me out with when i should harvest it, i just put 18 days because thats when 8 weeks will be up but i know some plants might take longer than 8 weeks

yea usually 10 all the way up to 13 weeks from the time flowers show. Usually thats 14 weeks total 12-12

you can harvest earlier but i love dense hard ass mature nuggs

yeah i hear ya man what kinda nutes do u use, thats my only prob is my nutes i dont know if i should invest in the fox farm or not im stuck , im thinkin maybe i can just get the tiger bloom for flowering and keep my peters professional for vegging does that sound good

it all comes down to the numbers on the package.....Im low on money so right now i just have a 3$ box of MG big bloom... I know its not recommended but its working just as good as other 40$ fertilizers. All ferts basically use the same rating system so measure out about half a dose and ease your girl into it. Thats for flowering though....for the first 3 weeks i feed nothing in the veg state. then i ease her into a very light mixture of fert that is as close to about 20-5-5 as i can find

They have fox farm "grow big" for vegg and "big bloom" for flowering. a quart is like 15 bucks a bottle for either. I would recommend it. That is what i use and have had no problems. Just start out light on the nutes and build up so you dont burn them.

I just put some blue cheese femed seeds into paper towels last night. So I am curious as well as this is my first experience with femed seeds. I also have white berry, amnesia lemon, deisiel and an auto flower strain femed as well, so I hope the news is good.

i've just finished 4 barneys blue cheese fems dude and all four turned out female then before that i had 5 lowryder 2 fem's and all were female and i kept the 5th blue cheese for a mother and its showing female preflowers

I've used fem seeds several times and have yet to get a hermie. Personally I am not a big fan of fem seeds....for no other reason other than being old school.

i think that if you buy fem seeds from a good breeder, it is a bit pricy but almost gaurenteed females, they have been working on those genetics for years. though if you just go "feminized" seeds from a friend, ( he turned his plant into herme to try to get fem seeds) then much greater chance of getting herm. just my 2 cents could be wrong

I've been growing indoors for almost 5 years now. I live in an apartment and my grow "closet" allows me room for 2 plants easily....and a third plant in a small pot. I only use feminized seeds. Every seed has germinated. Every seed was a female, and I have yet to have a hermie. Just luck? All I know is they work for me! I've just started doing auto flowering strains, going for the "Perpetual Harvest". And again, I'm using feminized seeds. Just harvested 2 White Dwarfs. Tasted a little sample last night......Got me good and stoned! Anyway, just wanted to throw in my 2 cents worth. Happy Growing!
