i have a small plant (lowryder) and its in flowering but rather than produce buds, it looks like it is growing big branches instead with little buds on them. Is this normal (which i dont think it is) and is there anyway i can reverse that shit or is it too late. or is it a hermie

autoflowering plants do this, they develop buds and grow almost at the same time.

well, depending on what strain your growing.. some strains do this... while others don't.

Think of it like this.. none of us are made the same. I mean, nobody has a 'carbon copy' (replica) of themselves out there. Why? Simple.. because of the genetics and the difference in each genetic makeup of each person. Nobody has the same exact DNA, as another person.. it just doesn't happen.

Either way, your going to need to post some pictures of what your talking about, otherwise you'll more than likely never get the correct answer and or any help.

If your talking about seeing a branch growing out of the nodes.. that's completely normal (for some strains, apparently yours is one of them). Sometimes this can be caused by extreme stretching.. which is caused by the grower placing the grow light(s) too far away from the plants.. therefore causing the plants to stretch out further than they normally would have to.. because the lights are too far away from them. But like I said, sometimes.. no matter how close you place the lights to the plant.. some strains just branch out like this.. due to its genetic makeup.

Bottom line though.. is, you'll need to post a picture of what your talking about in order to get an appropriate answer.

without pics it can't be said if this is your fault or the plants fault, i.e nature vs. nurture. what is likely anyway, is that there isn't much that can be done at this stage.

is your lights on 12/12? I wouldn't scrap it just yet..

where did all the leaves go? that's why it isn't producing any bud it can't.

the lights have been on 18/6 all the way through! thats the way its grown. i think it had only 2 real big leaves but they started looking funny and i read you should remove them from the plant as soon as, so i did.
