for veg wich is better florescent or super hps 400watts

jus wondering, i started five aurora indica, and a hybrid strain and im using hortilux 400w super hps amy plants would grow and wanted to know if they would grow faster with florescent, im on a 18/6 cycle. thanks

some peeps frown upon using hps for veg, but if its what you have go for it. it will def. veg nicely. plus you have a hortilux, which has more blue spectrum than your standard, hps bulbs.

i have a couple extra blueberrys that i let veg in my flower tent under hps for 12 hours, and switch em to the clone/veg tent for the last 6 hours, they vegged quite nicely, probably flower them in a couple days...
