If you have them in pots bring one inside every 12 hours so you can start the flowering on 1.Unless you can make a light proof tent around 1 for the outside.

Yes... but you have to do a 12/12 light scheduale.. It will take alot of work to plan it out right...figured out what times in your area it has sun and what times you dont. U will need a dark room or closet to leave it untouched for 12 hours at a time.. plus you have to leave it outside for no more than 12 hours.. Its a little tricky to master correctly.. good luck!

To force flower a plant you need to imitate the change of seasons for the plant. You will have to give it 12hr light 12hr dark to force the plant to flower. I would suggest just getting a light and a cozy, cool place in the house. Moving the plant inside and outside everyday and night could stress it and affect yield. That, we dont want. Good Luck bro...

Unless its an autoflower then it depend on the light cycle.Autoflowers flower when they r ready. But when u have no autoflowers than it buds while under 12/12 lighting if that light was to change it can put your plants back to veg stage or cause them to become hermies.

ok thanks everybody i think ima try just moving it inside a closet with a light what kind of light should i get for just that one plant??

Your're flowering? Get a CFL. A 42watt 2700k ('soft white') CFL will be plenty of light. You could even get away with a 26 watt, and I would highly recommend a second bulb in a different spectrum. A little 15watt 6500k ('daylight') CFL will make your plant happier. They really like mixed lighting.

2700k is the flowering spectrum, 6500k is the veg spectrum, but the plants like mixed lighting I have noticed.

Home Depot will have the bulbs you want. Walmart might not have the 42watt.

only one will work??? im just gonna through the plant in the closet are u sure itll work

Yea 42 watt will be fine, and add a small 6500k CFL too for some mixed lighting.

Could you get more lighting, sure. Would that be better, maybe. Can you always add a couple small CFL bulbs for side lighting, of course.

Everything depends on how much you want to spend on lights and if you want to use a little more power. There's a point at which your plant has plenty of light and it can't really use anymore so you're just wasting electricity. You have to see what's right for your plant. But a small space, a 42w 2700k and a 15w 6500k or 20w 6500k is probably pretty adequate. That will come out to $20. Add another $10 if you buy and extension cord and socket adapters.

Also those bulbs will last a few grows, so spread the cost out over a few grows and it seems like a wise investment.
