u need a drill.....preferably one of those sharp titanium ones the dentists have lol...and somthing to flush out all ur shavings...but if u dont get that rotten part out itl get to the root....and if u dont get a root canal or have it pulled after that it could eventually lead to brain injury........so id say 7/10 times its better to let them do it......and they always have better drugs too.....

You can die from delaying going to the dentist. If you can't afford it go to your local teaching university with a dental program and have it done for a fraction of the cost.
