Forum avatar...shows up in profile, but not with my handle when I post anything

Weird...I cant seem to have my Forum Avatar display at all in any forum posts that I make, despite me being able to see it when I "view profile". Any tips on what I should do? My image is a normal jpg and is 100x100, as per rules.

because youre using one for your profile picture and not for the actual avatar picture for the forum please read
