like the title says I found a new way of holding the ladies down!! so I didn't have any string or anything to pull her down with so I found a old fly fishing rod and reel and I pulled about 20 feet of line off of it and this stuff works perfect it's easy to tie big enough for the plant to grow big without having to cut it and retie it! It's sorta stretchy and won't break and it's extremely soft to the touch almost like rubber not to mention it's easy to cut I highly recommend this to people who LST give it a try and see how it works for you I Tryed to use plant wire from Home Depot to tie it down but it's sketchy lol and the only other thing they had kinda looks like a 100 ft roll of a bread tie! it was cutting into my plant so that was a no go lol hope this helps! Also hope I posted this in the correct section lol

Dont ever use fishing line...doesnt matter how rubbery,it will cut into the plant.Even the fuzzy pipe cleaners you have to be careful with, dont twist them too tight it will grow into a restriction there.Just make sure you are keeping an eye on your lst daily.

That's what I like about them. Just a few twist and you can adjust them.

Green velcro that comes around heads of lettuce at the market. They have rolls of it for sale at home depot. Can't be easier than no tying and no twisting. Just slap it on and you're done

Also reusable.
