Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil

Hey guys quick question. I'm 2 weeks in to my grow and just transplanted yesterday from solo cups filled with FF Happy Frog to 1 gallon smart pots of FF Ocean Forest. I was told NOT to add any nutes for the first 3 weeks of plants life. Well beings that the first 2 weeks were in a different soil and just now going to ocean forest do I need to wait 3 more weeks since it's brand new hot soil or just start nutes in a week? I have all the FF nutes. Also I was told to just FF big bloom even at first and not wait since it's organic and not hot. Is this true should I start it now or wait to start it when I start the FF grow big, microbe brew, kangaroots etc. Here is a picture of one just after the transplant. Does she look hungry?? lol

I use FFOF myself and I would definitely wait couple of weeks before feeding . she'll have plenty of food from that fresh soil you just put her in .

is it ok to go ahead and give it the ff kangaroots and microbe brew now? since thats not really feeding it?? kangaroots is to just build good roots right?

get rid of kangaroots get liquid karma and till the soil dies down from being hot use fox farm bloom and liquid karma

many many people told me to use kangaroots. never heard anyone mention liquid karma
