Fox Farm Ocean Forest - Time to set the record straight

So for a while lurking these forums I've read mixed opinions about using FFOF for seedlings. Some say it's way too nute heavy for seedlings, some say it's fine. I decided to plant all six of my germinated seeds (4 THC Bomb, 2 Sensi Kush) into this lovely mix in 9oz paper cups, and lo and behold, 5 absolutely stunning babies (one of them was planted late and still hasn't popped).

One of them has exploded in growth; the amount of growth over even just the past hour is noticeable, and these are still just babies. Only one of the seedlings is lagging behind in growth, but it seems to be a little deformed and might not make it.

ANYWAY, I just want you all to know that my results using FFOF have been phenomenal, and I expect this to continue when I transplant the seedlings into bigger pots with the same soil.

Happy growing, peace out.

I plant in ffof with 30% perlite added. Works great, add some ewc at 4 weeks and veg em out till 6 or 8 weeks.

Pretty popular method... Currently I mix FF OF with FF OPM and Perlite 40:40:20. Just to try out, so far I am very pleased with the results

I have 5 different strains all in this same mix

What's the benefit of mixing it with OPM? Is mixing it with perlite really necessary? Mine have been doing great so far with just the perlite that comes in FFOF
