Fox Farm Oceanic Soil

I am using Fox Farm Oceanic Soil right now and I have read it will last through veg (30-40 Days), my question is, when i go to flowering and transplant, should I transplant into something other than FFO or not? Isn't the soil high in nitrogen which isn't needed as much in flowering?

If I should change, then what to? If not, then how long will it last and should I supplement feed ontop of that?
