Fox Farms actually listens!!!!!

When Fox Farms came out with their new feeding schedule a couple of weeks ago, one of my biggest complaints was that it was not printer ink friendly. The new schedule, like the old one, required a lot of ink to print, even going grey scale. I decided to contact Fox Farms and ask them for a printer friendly/earth friendly schedule that didn't drink ink and this is the result......

Serapis,
Thank you for your inquiry. I have sent your email to our website editing team and they have created a print friendly version which is now posted on our website. Thank you for your input and support. It’s advice from customers like you that help make Fox Farm the Soil & Fertilizer Company of choice in the industry. Thanks again and Have a great rest of your day!

The schedule looks fine when I view it in paint, not sure why it looks so damn small here.... let me try something.....

I hate MS Paint.... I cannot make a version of the feed schedule that looks readable once uploaded to RIU...

the schedule is available on their website.

Thats really cool, thanks for posting as I am fixing to order my FF nutes to start out with. Gonna follow their chat to a T and also add Great White.

Why would you need a PPM/EC meter when they give you the feed chart for free? ;-P
cuz i dont think they made this feed chart with cannabis plants in mind.. i see alot NOOBS burn their plants.. trying to follow this feed chart...I as a grower personally prefer to measure with PPM/EC .. but to each his own i guess

I definitely agree with you. The feeding schedule on most charts is pretty aggressive so beginners would be best to go with 1/4 or 1/2 strength nutrients. It is nice to have (amount of nutrient/EC) legends that tell you how much of the nute to add to get the desired EC. I think back to when I started growing and I had little money to spend on an EC meter so I was happy to have as much information about how much of the nutrient to add, as possible. I do use a Hanna now, though. ;-)

see you know whats up.. alot cats don't wanna invest in a good PPM/EC meter let alone a PH meter .. so they rely in the eye-ball method 1/4 strength.. 1/2 strength ect ect...

That's the truth. After using my meters for so long it's hard for me to imagine how anyone could grow nice buds without them but some growers are Jedi, I think. :hump:

i do believe it is a guide. something that gives you an idea of what you need to do. you need a base of information to start with and that is what they are giving you. i have found trying to do the ppm/ec and all that just leads to over adjusting and i personaly end up doing more harm than good. so i just follow the directs to the best of my ablity from the label. i have not had any problems other than ones i have created on my own in a few years

i did that also but i used voodoo juice and got great results. With great white i was told by fox farm to use root exculerator with it. But my understanding you should be able to use just great white because it basically has everyting that vodoo has and trantulla. Good idea with the great white. 35 bucks does 100 gals last time i checked

I gave FF a call today and the woman I spoke with was really cool and knowledgeable, had no problems answering all of my questions. She then offered to send me some of the new feeding charts and would throw in some free samples for me! Really cool. I was in the process of calling all the nute company's I had considered and out of all of them they are the only ones that gave me the time of day, well with the exception of the guy at plant success which was really good also. AN lady kept putting me on hold then said okay whoever he was is off the call he was on and then sent me to his ext. and who did I get? His voicemail! Have I gotten a call back? Hell no! Oh well it doesn't matter I think that I have my mind made up :)
