Can i get verification that if your tap water PH is 7.0 you can use straight tap water to water the Plants if they are in soil?

Lower the pH so that it is closer to 6.5, and tweek it until the run-off is 6.5 as well.

I would put in gallon jug's and let it sit overnight if using city water. Supposed to evaprate the clorine? Hell I would now,,,But I have well water and salt and all that shit,,,so I buy distilled or spring water,,,worth it in my situation tho....I don't need rep...But good luck...

The runoff is what is the most important anyways. Maybe 7 pH will be reduced to 6.5 by itself resulting from whatever you have in the soil.
