foxfarm liquid nutes help

Hey guys, i'm growing some white widow and blackjack outside this summer, I have them in solo cups now and they just sprouted a few days ago. I'm using FF OF and will be mixing in some happy frog when i transplant them into the ground. My only question regards what nutes to use. I heard the FF OF soil doesn't need any supplemental nutes till flowering, so I was originally planning on just adding some Big Bloom once flowering begins. However, I researched some more, and it seems a lot of people recommend using the trio: Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom. Would Big Bloom be sufficient, or should i get all 3? I don't want to have to worry about nute burn, pH, and all that jazz, i'm trying to keep things simple and organic as this is my first grow, while still get a nice and healthy yield. What do you guys suggest?

All 3 always come highly recommended, i use the trio myself. If you wanted to separate them keep Tiger and Grow Big; I would consider Big Bloom optional or supplemental to the other 2. It has a very low nute content and wouldn't be missed if left out although, it does work well if included. Applying your nutes properly working up to 1/2 strenght every other wartering shouldn't result in nute burn. Get a PH meter and check your ph regularly and you'll see a problem coming way before it's out of control. Go to the FF site and download their feeding schedule. You'll have to modify it slightly using your best judgement because it's written with other types of plants in mind.

do you guys think i'd be OK with just big bloom, though? I'm trying to keep things cheap, and I heard the trio runs about $100 while I'd also have to buy a pH meter and pH up and pH down... so I ithought if I keep things organic I wouldn't have to worry about pH, so snce big bloom is the only organic fert i thought maybe I could get through with just that. Do you guys think just big bloom would suffice?

No, Big Bloom alone is not enough. You'll need to feed with more than that. The rating is .01-.03-.07. which is far less than recommended for any stage. You could try it and see how the plants react. If leaves change color or growth seems slow, graduate to something stronger.
