Foxtail??

New grower here. I was wondering what causes this on plants. Is it just certain strains that do this. At first I thought it was going to be all seeds, but I broke alittle up last night and it was real good, no seeds. Out of 12 plants only one turned out like this, the rest had buds like i usually see ( fluffy, lots of hairs), while this plant looked almost like it was full of seed pods. Even my non smoking buddy thought it looked like seeds (and he doesn't know the 1st thing about weed). I can't get a pic. that really shows it. If it was a hermie would I still get this quality of a smoke , cuz it was good.I don't know what I'm trying to ask here just high and puzzled by this plant. I think I'll go smoke somemore! And just so ya know, I have been trying to research this, tried googleing, and asked on this site, but without pictures I am shit outta luck. Have a stoney day

lol @ grizzly...but i heard it could have something to do with high temps but my temps r pretty consistent and my ams is the only one in my garden doin that so it may jus be the strain...

Ya , I guess after all the worry, it turned out to be a good thing. It is some good smoke too ( Sleestack ). It was a replacement seed for an out-of-stock strain. I think it's better than the Chocolope I originally orderd..LOL..Thanks for the reply...see ya
