Oh shit if thats even a possibility I guess that could be the problem. I had problem with like th smallest amount of just the glow of light but I thought I got it fixed. Why do you say genes frmrboi ??

because I've seen strains growing in that manner Haze for example.

Ok just curious. The 1 Im having a prob with is the Power Skunk but some are dense some are airy and foxtailed If its not genetics what do you think about the leaking light.

I guess that would be likely if that was the case so hopefully they wont, there in week 14 +.

GrowTech

stays relevant.
True though that some strains are more prone to this, some of my SFV OG foxtail, shouldn't be too big a deal. I would make sure no light leaks though, and what is your nutrient mix?

quote by dcyans:

"You'll notice foxtailing usually only on the buds immediately under the light especially in vented hoods where the tops can get right up to the glass (intense lighting). Another source of foxtailing buds is higher than necessary nitrogen concentrations this can also exacerbate this problem. Damn I hate when that happens!"

Sorry its taken the time to get back. The nutes Ive started to use are the ROOTS ORGANICS the full line It is now 25 mils of bloom 15 mils of trinity, 15 mils of ancient amber, 30 mils of HP2 and 10 mils of HPK all nute mixes per gallon. I have 4 Ultra Haze 2 and 3 Power Skunk the PS are the only ones foxtailing.
