My wife can't do the dead lifts #1 as we dont have 135lbs of weights laying around. But she said she will do the push ups naked for the dvd. And yes it will be on video. Her hair is short black now and she is not so tan as it's winter. But she still looks hot. Man I'm so fucking lucky.

hey man just saw this thread and ill try to do this i have recorded myself with me doing bench to fail 944 times (bench to fail is repping the bar as much as you can without failing (stopping)) bar is 45 lbs and i weigh roughly 140ish at the most i got a power rating of 300 percent

the dead lifts..does it matter if its overhand under hand....an would you like 2 shrugs forward an back with each dead lift???...peace az

AZ... not sure if i understand the question...

Hook, split or reverse grip... doesn't matter...

ideally at the top of each dead lift you will open your hips and
each push up will be straight and hips to the floor..

i'm sure you do!!! 944 is crazy....

I know this guy that said he could not do a single push up when he went it the armed services..

now he has some crazy record of 2000 push ups..... seems impossible to me... and I can do some pretty freaky shit.... but I don;t think I can even hold my own hands over my head for 40 minutes... let alone do 944 reps...

135 isnt even that much.... i bench that, 3 sets of ten with other stuff in between. only if i had a camera i could get myself a free growing vid.
