The surveys come to you based on the info you provided like your age and gender then they match those surveys your demographic fit too.Its usually at least once a month sometimes each week.If you make multiple account make sure you use proxies as they do log ips from each refferal and if you make account that have the same connecting ip address the sites program will catch it and you will not get paid and they will ban your account.Basicially dont do a dummy move and just use your regular browser to make email accounts then sign up go through proxies to the email signup then use another proxy to put the referral link in to make the new account.
