Yes there are a few safe nonpolar solvents but an acidic solution is generally cheaper and easier. It's not like they have propylene glycol everywhere. Distiller water is available at grocery and pharmacy if injectable saline is unavailable.
Drugs can be either bases or salts. The molecule will be in the form of a salt if it would be protonated at physiological pH or a freebase if it wouldn't be.

i normally use it on my phone too but its hella slow. ive been on someones comp lately and its way better. this is how i really post. dam phone speed makes it seems like im never on.
 
Hmm.... I fucking want an iPad 2. Those things are great. I wouldn't get a data plan where I live until WIND opens subscriptions up. But they seem to move slowly for the most part.

Either way, WiFi is absolutely everywhere now adays.
 
Phone based internet blows. But it's better than nothing. I have access through the library and my grow partner but I'm not accessing this site from either of those locations!
