Does anyone know about this?

I've only just heard about this, it seems like a lot to take in.

Basically, if you become a Freeman on the land you don't have to pay taxes, national insurance etc.

Anybody know about this with more information?

Sounds like that sovereign entity crap... gotta face the fact that if you live on this planet, you're more than likely gonna be subject to the laws and rules of the land in which you reside.

Plenty of people have claimed their country's laws don't apply to them because they're a sovereign entity, they just get laughed at by most other people and charged with whatever law they broke.

And to the guy in that video, fuck him... no one owns me, I understand rules and laws and abide by most of them because I support them... not because I have to.

I agree with you socata, that sounds like a load of crap to me, but idk I don't live in Canada or the UK so your government may very possibly own you, but not really. I've been to London so I can say that things really aren't that different from in the US, but I prefer the US more because I always felt like I was being watched and was told quite frequently that I was as well, which is unsettling. It was even worst is France, I actually got searched on the streets in Paris by the police because they thought I was eating something? I was only 16 at the time of the trip too and I didn't start smoke till right after I returned to the states, and I really was a real innocent kid, all the kids in my school were shocked to hear I started smoking, and the fucking teachers always saw me as a bright and good kid so by my junior and senior year I showed up stoned everyday and never had any teacher suspicion, do I miss the easy days now or what

if someone could explain to me what it is i can exchange for 10,0000000 dollars and can explain it in a manner that would get the ball rolling, that would rock. Up until the point were he mentioned the money i figure he just another socialist hippie, still think hes a socilist hippie. Hippies speak about how government control people by fear, and then they tell stories bout how the governmnt controls us that have the exact same implication, fear, hipocrite.

Well you're wrong.

There's quite a lot of cases where a freeman on the land has gone to court and the cases have been dismissed.

can you provide some more information about this, or are we expected to spend the evening researching "freeman on the land" and then post??? I'm interested, but at the moment it sounds like alot of horseshit.

"your name on your birth certificate is your person. the (MR) or (MRS) or what ever you got, is your legal fiction, and if you admit in court you are him/her....then you will be fined, points, banned, or what ever they decide. under common law you only commit a crime if you cause injury harm or loss to another individual."

Being a Freeman on the land does not mean you can get away with murder..it means you can go about your business unless it causes harm or loss to another person. (Breaching the peace)

Essentially, it's a massive loophole..

I also could not find ANY cases being dismissed... please show me these!

By my understanding, I can go sit outside the whitehouse, smoke 3 doobies and when they come to arrest me, I'll tell them I'm a freeman on the land, I'm not hurting anyone, and they cannot charge me... yeah right, they'll be laughing all the way to the jail house!

It's a bunch of BS... and something you shouldn't be worrying about, are you a UK citizen? Do you enjoy the rights of your citizenship, such as your free healthcare? Right! You are bound by the laws of the UK, of which there are MANY, and whether or not you hurt someone in breaking of a law has nothing to do with being charged prosecuted.

(Part 2) It's kinda long but they do get the case dismissed.....I have seen cases in the US fail....but it seems in the UK and canada it works....
