Anyone here do it successfully?

Just make sure it's properly dry, before storing?

Will it store for 12 months minimum?

Yes but it needs to be sealed and I store mine in flour
The flour makes a mess when you use it but it keeps the pollen moisture free

I keep mine in the freezer but I have no idea how long it stays viable.
I know it'll last at least a yr based on past experience but beyond that...no clue.

Dry pollen well before freezing. A few days at low humidity, and then seal and put in the freezer. Mixing with flour can help, but any moisture that gets in can ruin the pollen same as if flour isn't used (pollen + flour + moisture = goo and unusable pollen). Done properly can last 12+ months, but never works quite as well as fresh.

I have done it a few times...Viable for me about 8 months later...I did not try it more time than that...Just dry the pollen before freezzing it...works nice
