Fresh Cuts

So I harvested the top half of one of my plants 2 days ago and I have it hang drying in my garage and this is what my accu meter has been reading roughly..

this is it today.


so it's been two days and the only smell it really has is when and if I squeeze them then they smell delish..

if I'm not squeezing them they smell like backyard bunk. lol and it reeked so good and was so sticky I couldn't pry my finger apart when trimming.

and im trying to figure out if my smell is gone forever or what to do to get it back? I've read a couple forums and they all say different things on different sites. anyone with experience and a solution to this please chime in.

they might be drying out too fast in that low of a humidity. might want to get them into paper bags or jars for a slow cure.

that could be causing the diminished scent?

I agree with the above members, the curing progress should bring back the smell,matter they dry, jar them, put a humidity pack in each jar, the first few days open the jars too make sure that the buds aren't too wet, then seal it with the pack.

and I throw a pack per quart jar?

is it better to put them in the jars while they are dry to the touch but if squeezed still feel like they have some moisture? or dry to a point ready to smoke?
