freshly cut clones 24/0 or 18/6 lighting?

suppose they are in a humidity dome as well as rockwool cubes.

and are cfl lights ok as long as it isn't too close to the dome?

i like running clones under 24/0 for the first few weeks after roots are nice and established i will then go to an 18/6

Clones & vegging plants will be fine under 18/6.

CFL/24 is foolproof.. just sayin.. foolproof is good when it comes to grass..
