Friend or Foe?

Hello.
This is my first grow and I've come across these little guys in the garden. Does anyone know what they are and if they're a friend or a foe?

Looks like tadpoles. I could be wrong though.

I don't see them doing any damage. They're not eating any vegetation....

I have no idea what that is. But if it’s not causing any damage, no harm no foul.

If it lays eggs the larvae might eat the vegetation. No idea wtf that is though.

I'd err on the side of caution and remove any bugs you see. Not worth the risk.

If it's not a spider I remove it ..... Spider mites dont apply ......
