From 2 to 3?

Ok so I'm at 8 weeks an the new growth has suddenly changed I thought there was two new leaves poking up but when I looked closer there is one leaf working its way out but then two coming from where the other one should be..........Anyone know about this.????

I may have just realized it could be a result of FIM
